The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics will host the Centennial FNCE® in Chicago, Ill. from October 21-24. FNCE® 2017 will celebrate the ideologies of our founders while providing fresh perspectives on the new opportunities amongst an ever-changing healthcare environment.
The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is looking for subject matter experts to present advanced level education sessions that provide attendees with actionable solutions to drive our profession into the next 100 years. Keep the following in mind while creating your session proposal:
Has this been done before?
The Committee for Lifelong Learning is looking for original ideas that challenge us to embrace change.
How will it engage attendees?
The Committee looks for proposals that provoke discussion and audience engagement.
Does it align with the Academy's Strategic Plan?
Does it address evidence-based practice?
Does it contain advanced level content?
The review process favors advanced level submissions.
Level 1: Basic, requires no prior knowledge/experience
Level 2: Intermediate, requires some prior knowledge/experience
Level 3: Advanced, require an expert level of knowledge/expertise
Are there practice applications?
The Committee is looking for sessions that address current challenges faced by nutrition professionals and are solution-oriented.
Please be sure to read all instructions prior to submitting a proposal. Due to the high volume of submissions, incomplete proposals or those that contain typographical and grammatical errors will NOT be reviewed.
It is highly suggested to download and complete the 2017 blank proposal form prior to accessing the submission site. This will ensure that the program planner has all of the required information prior to submitting a proposal.
